I haven't heard of any of those programs but I agree with Brenda that Athabasca has a strong reputation although I'm sure Washington State is solid as well.

With your interest in Instructional Technology, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service. Here’s a public class recording conducted by Nellie Deutsch on Technology Integration.

I will graduate with a Master of Business Administration from Bowling Green State University in August 2009. Also, I have a Master of Education (Career and Technology Education) from College of Technology, at Bowling Green State University.
