Why you want to join Instructional Design & E-Learning Online Community?

To learn and develop my company by interaction with others. I am seeking advice and feedback on what I am trying to do with my training website.

Feel free to introduce your self in Instructioanal Design & E-Learning Online Community. Tell us a little bit about you! (In English please)

I am relatively new to the field. I have a training website that I am building (http://www.learningmeasure.com) with a corresponding video podcast (http://www.learningmeasure.tv). I am trying to build online training opportunities for technical people such as scientists, engineers, and technicians. To get an idea what I am trying to do one can look at my course catalog. It is a subscription based service. The subscription fee is $5/month/student.

The whole site is built in-house, mostly through a series of Perl scripts to deliver the content. My intent is that everything on the site will evolve with time from the course materials, to the user inteface. It was designed with low-bandwidth connections in mind, and was designed to work on any platform, even text-based browsers like lynx.
